As an advocacy group working on behalf of the trucking industry, the Manitoba Trucking Association is required to track a wide range of contacts, communications and workflows to manage our business processes. In order to make the transition from manual tracking to full automation, we engaged Process Flow Consulting to shepherd the initial implementation of our CRM and integrated systems and continue to work together to expand, maintain, and support the tools.
